At a Glance
- MMHU funding will increase access to medication-assisted recovery and supportive transitional services for individuals with opioid use disorder (OUD) and other substance use disorders (SUDs) via mobile health units in the communities where the intended recipients live.
- Organizations in Illinois directly licensed as opioid treatment programs (OTPs) are invited to apply. OTPs may apply independently, in partnership with a licensed opioid treatment program, or in collaboration with community programs, including harm reduction organizations, medical providers, and community treatment providers.
- A total of $15,000,000 is available to be awarded for Medication–Assisted Recovery Mobile Health Units (MMHU) over a period of 3 years to up to seven organizations.

Application Materials

1. NOFO
The NOFO includes all program requirements and terms and conditions related to the award.
2. Application
Applications are accepted via SurveyMonkey Apply (SMA), an online application platform.
3. Budget
The Budget Workbook must be uploaded as an attachment in the online application.

Answers are uploaded each Wednesday and the TA Session video will be posted here.
