Subaward Announcement: TELEHEALTH-2

Advocates for Human Potential (AHP) is pleased to announce the four organizations that have been awarded funding for the initial period of performance as the Increase Access to Telehealth (TELEHEALTH-2) subrecipients.

Program Highlight: PACSS

PACSS was designed to fulfill the public education requirement of the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act (Public Act 101-0027). Since fall 2024, the four PACSS subrecipients have increased awareness of substance use, as well as the availability of support services for individuals at risk of misuse.

Subrecipient Highlight: TASC

Treatment Alternatives for Safe Communities, Inc. (TASC) was selected to serve as the Intramuscular Naloxone Distribution Hub (IMNH) in June 2024. Read more about what they have accomplished this year.

Program Highlight: CORS

The Community Outreach and Recovery Support (CORS) program is making a difference in Illinois for individuals who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
