Opioid Abatement Strategies Effectiveness Evaluator (OASEE)

The OASEE subrecipient provides statewide support on measuring outcomes for each opioid abatement strategy. The subrecipient uses research, data analysis, and reporting to assess outcomes, disparities, and implementation barriers, as well as to facilitate solutions.

The OASEE subrecipient is expected to:

  • Define data collection processes and outcome measures for each opioid abatement strategy.
  • Collect and analyze data (quantitative and/or qualitative) on programs implemented according to each opioid abatement strategy.
  • Summarize and report study findings, including outcomes, disparities, implementation barriers, and effectiveness, twice yearly.
